Hello! My name is Sara, and I would like to help you scare up some success where you may currently be struggling.
Here is what I tutor in:
- Math (Junior High through College)
- Science (Junior High through High School)
- Engineering (Junior High through College)
- Computer Science (MIddle School through College)
I can tutor online via Zoom, which is a free download, or in-person depending on student needs. Note that I've been teaching online courses for about 10 years.
And before I was ever an instructor, I graded for math and engineering. I endeavored not just to assign a number grade, but figure out where the student went wrong.
I bring that same commitment to my tutoring.

MS - Computer science, UT Tyler, GPA 4.0
BSME - Mechanical engineering, UT Tyler, GPA 3.97
AA - Engineering, Tyler Junior College, GPA 4.0
See the high GPAs? That came with an incredible amount of hard work (and no life outside of school, to be honest). Some of my struggles came from having ADD but not being diagnosed until I was in my forties.
I know what it's like to struggle into the late hours and feel a combination of defeat and frustration. I've been there. Let me help.
